This document sets out the complete terms under which you access and use the 3jlr platform at 3jlr.app. Please read it carefully before creating an account or placing any bet. Continued use of 3jlr constitutes acceptance of these terms in full.
Access to 3jlr is strictly limited to persons aged 21 and above, in compliance with PAGCOR regulations. Age verification is conducted at registration and before first withdrawal.
Each individual may hold only one registered account on the 3jlr platform. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of balances.
All 3jlr account balances, deposits, bets, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). No foreign currency conversion applies to standard transactions.
All promotional bonuses, free credits, and offer-based balances are subject to wagering requirements as detailed in the specific promotion terms. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before requirements are met.
Use of automated software, collusion, arbitrage betting, or any strategy that exploits system errors is prohibited. 3jlr reserves the right to void bets and close accounts where abuse is identified.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and 3jlr ("3jlr," "the Platform," "we," "us") governing your use of the 3jlr website at 3jlr.app and all associated services. By registering an account or accessing any part of the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use 3jlr.

3jlr may require Players to submit valid government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership as part of the KYC process. Accounts that cannot be verified may be restricted or closed, and balances held pending successful verification or, where fraud is established, forfeited.
Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) Account on 3jlr. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. 3jlr uses technical and manual procedures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts may be suspended and any balances — including winnings — may be voided.
You are required to provide complete, accurate, and truthful information at registration, including your legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and residential address. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure without refund of funds where fraud is determined.
You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information. Any changes to your registered mobile number, legal name (following documentation of a legal change), or other material details must be reported to 3jlr support promptly. Failure to maintain accurate information may result in withdrawal delays or account restrictions.
Your 3jlr Account is personal to you. Accounts may not be sold, transferred, gifted, or assigned to any third party. Playing on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to use your Account, is prohibited.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 3jlr login credentials, including your registered mobile number, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to:
3jlr shall not be liable for losses resulting from your failure to maintain credential security, subject to applicable consumer protection law. Losses reported promptly and supported by evidence of unauthorized access will be investigated on a case-by-case basis.
3jlr accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. Accepted methods and minimum deposit amounts are subject to change; current information is displayed in the Deposit section of your account dashboard.
All deposits, Balances, and transactions on 3jlr are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Deposits made in any other currency may be subject to conversion at prevailing rates, with associated fees deducted from the deposited amount.
You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your 3jlr Account are your own personal funds, lawfully acquired. The use of stolen, borrowed, or fraudulently obtained funds is strictly prohibited. 3jlr complies with applicable anti-money-laundering (AML) regulations and will report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities as required by law.
Responsible gaming deposit limits are available to all Players and can be configured in Account Settings. Once set, deposit limits may not be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours. Decreases take effect immediately. 3jlr may also impose platform-level deposit limits at its discretion.
Withdrawals are available to Players who have completed KYC verification. Players who have not verified their identity may deposit and play but will be unable to process withdrawals until verification is completed. 3jlr reserves the right to conduct additional verification at any withdrawal milestone as required by AML policy.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit (payment method matching policy). In cases where the deposit method does not support withdrawals, 3jlr may process the withdrawal to a verified bank account registered to the Player.
Indicative processing times for standard verified accounts are: GCash and Maya — approximately 30 minutes; BPI, BDO, Metrobank — approximately 1–3 hours during standard banking hours. These are estimates only; processing times may vary during peak periods, national holidays, or in cases requiring additional verification. 3jlr does not guarantee processing within these timeframes.
Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn until applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full. Upon satisfaction of wagering requirements, any remaining bonus balance converts to Real Money Funds and becomes eligible for withdrawal. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated in the promotion terms at the time the offer is claimed.
3jlr reserves the right to suspend or delay a withdrawal pending investigation where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, account abuse, or breach of these Terms. During an investigation, the Player's account may be temporarily restricted. Verified legitimate withdrawals will be processed promptly upon conclusion of any investigation.
From time to time, 3jlr offers promotional bonuses, welcome credits, free spins, cashback, and other incentive programs to eligible Players. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise:
Each game available on 3jlr is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall govern for matters relating to gameplay, outcomes, and game-specific bet types.
All bets accepted and confirmed by the 3jlr system are final. Once a bet has been accepted and a round has commenced, the bet may not be cancelled, amended, or withdrawn by the Player. 3jlr is not responsible for bets placed in error, including incorrect amounts, incorrect selections, or bets placed by unauthorized users on a Player's account.
In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to a technical malfunction, software error, incorrect odds display, or game outcome error — 3jlr reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes to Players' accounts. "Manifest error" means an obvious and unambiguous error that a reasonable person would have recognized as incorrect. 3jlr will communicate any manifest error voidance to affected Players.
In the event of a disconnection during an active game round, the outcome shall be determined by the game server's recorded state at the time of disconnection. 3jlr shall not be held liable for losses resulting from Player-side disconnections, internet instability, or device failure.
All games on 3jlr are subject to minimum and maximum bet limits displayed within each game interface or on the table preview screen. 3jlr reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time. Players are bound by the limits in effect at the time of placing a bet.
The following activities are expressly prohibited on the 3jlr platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of balance:

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 3jlr's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by 3jlr's negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
3jlr may suspend or terminate your Account and these Terms at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon termination for reasons other than a material breach by the Player, any Real Money Funds remaining in the Account will be returned to the Player via the most recently used verified payment method, after deduction of any outstanding obligations. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon account closure regardless of circumstances.
You may request account closure at any time by contacting 3jlr support via live chat. Pending withdrawal requests will be processed normally before closure. Any outstanding Real Money Balance at closure will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
3jlr reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered Players via the email address or mobile number on file, or through a notification displayed on the Platform.
Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using 3jlr and may request account closure as described in Section 14.1.

These Terms and your use of 3jlr are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of 3jlr shall first be submitted to 3jlr's internal dispute resolution process. To initiate a dispute, contact support via live chat with a written description of the issue and the resolution sought. 3jlr will acknowledge your dispute within two (2) business days and provide a written determination within fifteen (15) business days of receipt.
If the internal process does not resolve the dispute to your satisfaction, you may refer the matter to PAGCOR's designated dispute resolution channels, subject to applicable PAGCOR regulations. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or declaratory relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
